Tabs: Locking, Renaming, Reordering

This is quick but incredibly valuable....
The ability to Lock tabs so you dont close automatically...
The ability to Rename tabs... I can only see the first few characters of the path and its not helpful...
The ability to Reorder by dragging.. like in firefox, safari, or whatever...

You can already re-order the Tabs by drag-drop action. ;)

I'd like to be able to double click (left) the 'Tab Bar' when it's open to open a new 'Tab Window'.

I'd also like the ability to specify the application starts and displays the 'Tab Bar' all the time not just when you select 'New Tab'
