Option to throttle bandwidth

I'd like to have an option to adjust how much bandwidth (upload and download) that Forklift is allowed to use.

Good call but I'd definitely put this low on the list of things to do, but as long as you're gonna manage bandwidth might as well do it right and include dynamic limits like "Only Throttle when connection is in use" or something.
