The new linked remote/local favorites feature is great, but it really could use a "Browse…" button to specify a local volume instead of having to manually enter a path.

The new 'Copy URL' feature is great to have as well, have not tried that out yet.

I was totally baffled to find a naked text field too. A "Browse …" button would be a good start. Imho the right way would be a pop-up-button, for example like choosing the download folder in Safari:

Just one minor thing: "General" and "Advanced" is nice for two tabs, but "General", "Advanced" and "Options" is it litte bit to general/meaningless (next would be "General", "Advanced", "Options" and "Miscellaneous"? ;). Hows about something more specific (e.g. "General", "Transfer Mode" and "Paths").

That would be a good solution as well.

On a side note, those drop-down menus always bugged me because they don't show the path to the folder. Sometimes I end up using some obscure folder and have no idea where it is located. Especially in this case, where there will be many different paths to folders, there would need to be some way to visually check the path. Something as simple as just showing the full path name would work I guess.

Absolutely right. The button will be there in the next version.

Also, Schlaefer you're totally right about that strange 'Options' tab - our hands were forced here by limitations of a technical nature, being that we couldn't really get into shuffling about the existing UI at this time.
We will work out some more comfortable solution the next time we touch the UI elements.
