SMB "Connect to Server"

This may only be me, and not affect Windows/Apple SMB shares, but I use a Drobo with a DroboShare. Its SMB traditionally isn't "discovered" on the network/Finder. To mount it, I have to manually "Connect to server" (and type smb://username:@ipaddress) in Finder, an option lacking in Forklift. I know, not a huge deal, but I'm trying to avoid using Finder.

Yeah this option is quite vital, currently I must go to Finder and do ⌘K to open a share. Moreover I can't just put SMB share to favorites because Forklift doesn't support opening SMB shares in its ⌘K.
