Highlight all folders, click on one of them... opens different folder.

I hope I am doing something wrong, b/c this is annoying...

I am in a folder that has lots of subfolders. I highlight them all. then I click on one of them... 9 times out of 10 it takes me NOT to the folder I double clicked....

Hi,

What you describe is normal operation. Let me explain:
When you select multiple folders, the Open action (what happens on a double click) is carried out on the last folder in the multiple selection (as it cannot be interpreted on multiple folders).
To get into the folder you want, you first need to change the multiple selection to single folder selection (by clicking once on the folder you want to open), and only then can you double click the selected folder to Open it.

clear but the interface could be more user friendly...much better would be to highlight the "cursor" position and (feature-request :) to allow for individual exclusion or inclusion of further folder-elements (usecase: you want to select all but one folder-elements...mmmmmm)
and...please don't force us to click on everything...need a way to do with keyboard only!
