Show all (system) files in FL but not in finder

Hi,

1) Is there a way to show all system files in FL in a similar manner to this:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
but only limited to FL, leaving standard setting with Finder?

Is this a question of package name, or it uses a finder classes, so defaults' change will affect them both?

2) If so.. is there a way to differentiate ( let's say color ) files beginning with
a dot ( like .bashrc )

That's possible: View > Show Invisible Items
Invisible items appear with light gray color.
