I LOVE Forklift...!!

And I want it improved as follows:
1. Merge folder content instead of Replace
2. Show Address Bar at top or bottom that can be typed manually (with auto sugestion will be much better) like when typing address in Konqueror, or opera or firefox, etc
3. (optional) ability to split window on demand and make it single window again - like in Konqueror.

Eventhough I find Forklift almost have everything I needed.
I really missed those Konqueror features since I moved to OSX... It really slows me down without these features.

I look forward for better release.

reading through your wishlist I found I only have good news for you

1. folder merge is already available on remote volumes, and, obviously, we do mean to have merge for local file operations in a future release.
2. You have this function in the Go > Go To Folder feature. The default shortcut is shift-cmd-g
3. we do in fact plan to add single pane mode. you can see the first screenshot in our recent blog entry

So, looks like we're pretty near to becoming the perfect app for you. aren't we awesome :)

I know this already. But I need to have address bar stating where I am right now, so I can copy from and paste this information to other places/apps. (eg. passing path or ftp path to BBedit)
And if it is "smart" will be a bonus. (I mean smart is like for example, when I type "/u" it will automatically suggest "/users")

Wow..!! That's really Cool..!!
But please don't remove the ability to have split window, like what we have now. (make it an option will be better)
I find it EXTREMELY USEFULL to have split window when dealing with FTP and managing files with external drives.
The single pane mode will surely replace my finder (specially when it has address bar ;) )
