Hi,
As a long Total Commander user i really miss unpacking from one panel to the other panel.
Please, add this feature!! I can't believe this isn't supported yet! This is basic functionality in a two-panel like application :(
Of course it's supported.
Just enter the archive and copy the files to the other panel as you would do with normal files.

I already know this, but try to enter an archive of 50 megas which is not unusual nowadays and you will see why i'm asking such feature.

I noticed that FL is only very slow when trying to enter a ziped file from USB disk. However, i've tried to enter the same file with the same USB but now using TC (i know, i know!!) form VMWare inside my mac and it is very fast (less that half than a secon).
I was wondering if it could be a bug in FL... I FL it takes at least 10 seconds in a 50 mb volume zip file. This breaks completely the workflow.
What kind of filesystem do you have on the USB?

Fat32.
Model: OCZ Pen ATV 32GB
Not a zip file but a rar file.
Could you test the same file with USB disk formatted to MAC OS extended?

i will try for testing purpose. It might be the filesystem!!

I didn't test it with HFS but i can tell that the problem is related with the filesystem because i have several external drive with NTFS and ForkLift can open the rar files very fast.
This is not a ForkLift problem! Case closed!!
