Hi guys!
First some appraisal:
First of all, thanks for such a great application you are making - especially cool that you are also hungarians ;). I bought it a few months before and to this day I like every little feature it has. (clean app, batch rename, ftp, etc. really cool)
One thing that came to mind: when moving files between drives the small window that pops up does not gives statistics like when copying, but instead keeps saying "preparing to move...". You should look into this. Also it forgets to delete the source - so it's basically copying :)
And to the point: I would like to have a file compare (one file in left folder, other on a different drive or FTP server in the right) feature built into this beauty. Folder synching is already mentioned in an other post, and I agree with that wholeheartedly. And before you ask, install total commander 7.x in parallels, or on a windows system, and have a look yourself. That's exactly what I am looking for.
I guess lots of your customers are coming from a windows world, where total commander is a de-facto standard amongst power users / programmers and if you try to duplicate every feature it still has - while forklift does not - you cannot be wrong.
Thanks for listening,
an other "Csaba"
